Competition Terms and Conditions

 

Photography Competitions and Prize Draws – Willow and Bear Photography Ltd​

  • Competition or Prize Draw entrants must be over 18 years of age.

​​

  • Willow and Bear Photography Ltd competitions are ran at various times throughout the year for a variety of photoshoot experiences.​

​

  • Prizes can vary from discounts on packages through to complimentary photoshoots, depending on the competition we are running at the time of entry.

​

  • All photoshoots require a 100% refundable deposit at the time of booking in order to guarantee the date and time of your appointment. However, we require at least seven days' notice to change the date of your photoshoot. Any changes within the seven days of your shoot will require a new deposit to secure a new date and time for your shoot.

  • Deposits are used to secure all appointments, including viewing appointments. We require 72 hours' notice to rearrange a viewing appointment.
     

  • As we have a very high volume of entrants to our competitions, we will randomly select approximately 20% of entrants to receive a prize.
     

  • The refundable deposit can be paid over the phone by credit or debit card, or online via PayPal or the website shop. This is held on your file until your viewing session, where it can be refunded or used towards any additional products or packages purchased.
     

  • Any further discount offered with your prize can only be used towards one of our packages and not towards one single image.​

​

  • Deposits will be held for 12 months. You must view your images within 12 months to receive your free image and deposit refund. You must attend your Veiwing appointment to receive your refund.

  • If you have paid a refundable deposit, this will be returned at your viewing appointment if you choose not to use it towards a package.

​

  • Only one viewing appointment can be arranged per client. We do not offer repeat viewings.

​

  • We may ask for your permission to use your images for promotional purposes. We will ask for your consent and will not use your images without written consent.
     

  • Willow and Bear Photography Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
     

  • If entrants or winners have any questions regarding our competitions or prizes, please contact the studio and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
