Deposits
All of our photoshoots require a deposit at the time of booking in order to secure your preferred date and time for your photoshoot.
Deposits vary depending on the type of photoshoot you would like to book. If you are booking a photoshoot for £95 this is your deposit and will be deducted from the price of your final package. The deposit for our Newborn photoshoot is £145.
Deposits can be paid over the phone or via paypal or through our website shop.
Rescheduling your appointments
In order to ensure you receive the most creative and personalised photoshoot possible, and to make sure you enjoy your experience, we book time especially for you with our makeup artist and photographer.
Should you need to make changes to your appointment date we kindly ask for at least seven days' notice.
Any changes within seven days of your appointment will require a new deposit to book a new date for your photoshoot. If you don't attend your appointment and would like to rebook, we will require a new deposit to hold a new date for your photoshoot.
Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased through our website or over the phone. Gift vouchers are valid for six months and are non-refundable after the six-month expiry date. Should you require the life of the voucher to be extended, please contact the studio on 0161 881 4917.
Purchase orders
An order cannot be cancelled once images have been taken from the studio premises, either as a copied digital file on a USB, CD or hard drive, or once images have been transferred to the customer via email. The same applies to hard copies of images that are printed, for example in albums or wall art pieces.
Please ensure you are happy with your purchase prior to leaving the studio. Once an order has been confirmed, signed and accepted there is no right to alter or cancel the order, due to the products being on digital media which can be copied to other devices. Once any digital files have been downloaded, there is no right to alter or cancel the order.
Images for promotional use
We may ask for your permission to use your images for promotional purposes. We will ask for your consent and will not use any of your images without consent.

By booking an appointment with us, you are subject to these full Terms and Conditions. Please read through our Terms and Conditions carefully as unfortunately we cannot offer any exceptions.
